At Jem Art Corner, we celebrate uniqueness, bringing you one-of-a-kind gemstones, or any beautiful treasures.

We carefully select beautiful colour gemstones from across the globe that captures our eyes (e.g. Sri Lanka, Thailand, Japan). We focus on unique colours over the more usual colours.

At times, we curate beautiful vintage jewelleries, or release some limited pieces designed by us. Make sure you follow us so you won't miss the drops!





Our Policies:
Please consider and select carefully as we do not provide change of mind refund or exchange. There maybe slight difference across device montiors, however we try our best to capture all photos under studio lighting or day light with no editing. What you see will be what you get. For reference, we use iPhone 12 to take our photos and videos.
If you have any concerns/questions about the gemstones or the piece of jewellery, please contact us before making a purchase.


About gemstones and the jewelleries:
No natural gemstones are free from inclusions. Inclusions are by default that come with the beautiful stones and are like their birth certificates, which also make them unique and special. We try our best to show each of them clearly through videos and photos.
Jewelleries:
We will indicate if the piece is vintage or designed by us. We also indicate the use of metal and the purity of gold used. At this stage, we cannot accept size change request for already made pieces. We do not offer customisation at the moment until further announced.


Cancellations:
We do not accept cancellations.


International shipping:
All packages are trackable with tracking numbers provided.
Please note that our prices DO NOT include your local taxes and/or import duties. By placing an overseas order with us, shoppers acknowledge that any local customs issues, charges, import taxes/ VAT, import duties, or in general any extra charge(s) regarding the shipment, will be of the shoppers' sole responsibility. We will not be liable for any discrepancies or additional costs charged by the local custom and/or shipping agencies.
We encourage shoppers to contact their local custom offices to check all of the potential fees incurred prior to placing an overseas order. We do not take any responsibility or liability for any issues or delays if customs withhold the shipments due to uncleared custom/duty fees. Please note that no refunds will be issued if shipments are withhold by customs or sent back due to uncleared custom duties.


Unclaimed parcels:
Most of the shipments require signature on delivery. Please keep an eye on your emails and any delivery attempt notes if you are not home to sign on delivery. If you have missed the delivery, it is your responsibility to rearrange redelivery/collection. Refunds will not be provided if parcels are are sent back to us as a result of them being unclaimed.


Lost in transit:
All shipments come with a tracking number and packages will require a signature on delivery.
After orders are dispatched, we have no controls over the handling of the packages. It is at the customers' responsibility to ensure all delivery details are filled in correctly. An incomplete or incorrect address might result in delaying or even failure of delivery.
For packages that might have been stolen or lost in transit (including failure of delivery due to an incomplete/ incorrect address), we will not be able to provide a refund/replacement. However, we will try our best to assist you and will seek assistance from logistic company for a thorough investigation. The process however will take some time and your patience is much appreciated.
For deliveries outside of Australia, packages lost in transit may require following up with your local service.
